This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this location and both times in room 103. The shower head is still malfunctioning exactly as it was during my first stay three months earlier. The desk chair is still broken. The tv swivel stand still doesn’t swivel I had to move the dresser and desk in order to watch tv as I used my laptop. It was absolutely filthy behind the dresser.

Fast fun and friendly service appreciate all the staff. Definitely would recommend this place to others. Everyone is very attentive and helpful! Made my entire stay here very pleasing and the breakfast is delicious!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days from November 24 to 26, they did not give me the room I had reserved, the room was dirty. The first night we found a live cockroach in the bed sheets, only one maintenance person went to see what was happening. After complaining, no one contacted us, my friend decided to go to another hotel for the second night, I didn't even sleep.

Pleasant stay with clean pool and room was very clean. All day coffee is a bonus. Like the long break fast hours for guest. Ample parking spaces. Walking distance to strip mall across the hotel is a plus. No lift in the property but not a big deal as it is only 2 floors.

Customer service given by Reid was outstanding! Although our reason for being in the area was a sad occasion...it was overshadowed by great rooms, great beds, great food, great comfort, an all around great experience! we all did get some restful overdue sleep! Thank you!
